This was a really well balanced sencha that had a beautifully complex flavor. Typically I don’t think of the word complex when it comes to sencha tea….However the flavors on this tea had me wanting to come back again and again!

The first brew and second brew were so different in both color and flavor and you can see that in the footage shown. One of the many reasons I love brewing this type of tea!
